6.10\nRESOLUTION DESIGNATING EXCLUSIVE HVAC CONTROL SYSTEM EQUIPMENT AND\nPRODUCTS\nThat the City Council:\na.\nAdopt Resolution 2026-012 designating the specific HVAC control system equipment and\nproducts listed in Exhibit “A” of the resolution as exclusive standard equipment and products\nto be used at City of Corona Public Library facility, in accordance with the authority provided\nunder Public Contract Code Section 3400(c). This action shall apply to all public works\nprojects subject to Public Contract Code Section 3400, as well as to maintenance and\nconstruction projects at City of Corona Public Library facility, thereby establishing uniform\nspecifications for the construction, maintenance, and operation of City facilities.\nb.\nAuthorize the Public Works Director to review and amend the exclusive standard\nspecifications list from time to time, provided that any amendments are made in accordance\nwith applicable law and in a form approved by the City Attorney. The resolution shall take\neffect immediately upon adoption and remain in force until revoked by further action of the\nCity Council.

6.4\nAPPROVAL OF BUSINESS LICENSE FEE WAIVERS AND REIMBURSEMENTS FROM MINOR HDL\nCALCULATION ERRORS\nThat the City Council:\na.\nWaive all outstanding balances due for a total of 97 businesses impacted by a business\nlicense first-year renewal calculation error and affirm that no penalties or additional fees will\nbe assessed.\nb.\nAuthorize refunds of overpayments for a total of 46 businesses impacted by a business\nlicense first-year renewal calculation error, which includes overpayments that exceed the\none-year period addressed in the Corona Municipal Code.

6.5\nPROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENTS FOR ON-CALL ENGINGEERING AND CONSULTING\nSERVICES\nThat the City Council:\na.\nAward Request for Proposals No. 25-070AS for On-Call Engineering and Professional\nConsulting Services to the firms identified in Exhibit 2 for the not-to-exceed fiscal year\namount noted herein.\nb.\nApprove the Professional Services Agreements with the firms identified in Exhibit 2 (and\nattached as Exhibit Nos. 3 through 37) for the not-to-exceed fiscal year amounts noted\nherein.\nc.\nAuthorize the City Manager, or his designee, to negotiate and execute the Professional\nServices Agreements and one additional three-year agreement amendment for subsequent\nfiscal years in amounts not-to-exceed those noted in Exhibit 2 per fiscal year, per agreement,\nand to approve necessary change orders and/or amendments up to the amount provided by\nCorona Municipal Code Section 3.08.070(G).\nd.\nAuthorize the City Manager, or his designee, to issue purchase orders to the firms identified\nin Exhibit 2 for the not-to-exceed fiscal year amounts noted therein.\nThat the Corona Utility Authority review, ratify, and, to the extent necessary, direct that the City Council\ntake the above actions.

FOR WILD PIG DEPREDATION\nSERVICES\nThat the City Council:\na.\nAuthorize award of RFP 26-023MB to Critter Gitters Pest Management, Inc., and Heritage\nCustom Landscapes, Inc. in the amount of $150,000 each per year for two years for the wild\npig depredation project.\nb.\nAuthorize the City Manager, or his designee, to negotiate and execute the\nMaintenance/General Services Agreements with Heritage Custom Landscapes, Inc. in the\namount of $150,000 per year for initial contract term ending February 29, 2028, with one\noptional one-year renewal, including any non-substantive extensions, change orders,\npurchase orders, and amendments up to the amount authorized by Corona Municipal\nCode Section 3.08.060(H), which is equivalent to 10% or $15,000 per contract.\nc.\nAuthorize the City Manager, or his designee, to negotiate and execute the\nMaintenance/General Services Agreements with Critter Getters Pest Management, Inc. in the\namount of $150,000 per year for initial contract term ending February 29, 2028, with one\noptional one-year renewal, including any non-substantive extensions, change orders,\npurchase orders, and amendments up to the amount authorized by Corona Municipal\nCode Section 3.08.060(H), which is equivalent to 10% or $15,000 per contract.\nThat the Corona Utility Authority review, ratify, and, to the extent necessary, direct that the City Council\ntake the above actions.

6.7\nPURCHASE PLAYGROUND EQUIPMENT AND SHADE STRUCTURES FROM LANDSCAPE\nSTRUCTURES FOR THE GRIFFIN PARK RENOVATION PHASE II PROJECT\nThat the City Council:\na.\nAuthorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute the attached sales quotations\n1197121-01-02 with Landscape Structures in the total amount of $172,908.\nb.\nAuthorize the City Manager, or his designee, to negotiate and execute non-substantive\nextensions, amendments, and change orders up to 10% or $17,291.\nc.\nAuthorize the City Manager, or his designee, to issue a Purchase Order to Landscape\nStructures in the amount of $172,908.\nd.\nMake a determination under Corona Municipal Code Section 3.08.125(A) that competitive\nbidding has been satisfied based upon the reasons provided in the “Basis for Determination\nof Competitive Bidding” section of this report.
