d. REQUEST FOR APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS AND AWARD A TASK ORDER\nIN THE AMOUNT OF $156,550 FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES TO MICHAEL\nBAKER INTERNATIONAL, INC. FOR THE ADELLA AND YNEZ\nUNDERGROUNDING PROJECT (pg 58)\nRecommendation: Transfer $150,000 from the CDA Loan Fund and appropriate to\nthe Capital Improvement Fund for Adella and Ynez Undergrounding project for the\npreparation of additional plans and documents, and related requirements\nnecessary to bid the project for construction. Award a Task Order in the amount of\n$156,550 to Michael Baker International, Inc. for the preparation of plans,\nspecifications, and associated tasks. Authorize the City Manager to execute:\nChange Orders, Amendments, or Extensions as needed to bid the undergrounding\nproject up to the project­appropriated remaining balance of $42,014.

IN THE\nAMOUNT OF $80,000 TO COMPLETE A COMPREHENSIVE FEE STUDY AND\nDEVELOP A COST RECOVERY MODEL AND POLICY PLAN FOR\nRECREATION AND GOLF SERVICES (pg 69)\nRecommendation: Authorize the City Manager to execute a professional services\nagreement, in a form approved by the City Attorney, with Next Practice Partners,\nLLC, to complete a comprehensive fee study and develop a cost recovery model\nand policy plan for Recreation and Golf Services.
