APPROVAL OF READING BY TITLE AND WAIVER OF READING IN FULL OF\nORDINANCES ON THIS AGENDA\nRecommendation: Approve the reading by title and waive the reading in full of all\nordinances on the agenda.\nREVIEW AND APPROVE THAT THE WARRANTS, AS CERTIFIED BY THE \nCITY/AGENCY TREASURER, ARE ALL CORRECT, JUST, AND CONFORM\nTO THE APPROVED BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2023­24\nRecommendation: Approve the warrants as certified by the City/Agency Treasurer.\none motion. AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A COOPERATIVE\nPURCHASING AGREEMENT WITH TURF STAR WESTERN FOR TWO (2)\nTORO GREENMASTER 3400 AND TWO (2) TORO REELMASTER 5510\nMOWERS AND ASSOCIATED EQUIPMENT AND INSTALLATION SERVICES\nIN THE AMOUNT OF $361,018\nRecommendation: In accordance with Coronado Municipal Code Section 8.04.070\nExemptions, A(3), award a cooperative purchasing agreement to Turf Star Western\nfor the purchase of two (2) Toro Greenmaster 3400 and two (2) Toro Reelmaster\n5510 mowers and associated equipment installation services in the amount of\n$361,018 via NASPO Value Point contract #E194­81037­HT.

e. AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH\nSTOTZ EQUIPMENT UTILIZING COOPERATIVE PURCHASING FOR ONE (1)\nJOHN DEERE PROGATOR 2030A, ONE (1) TURFCO TOPDRESSER, ONE (1)\nWIEDENMANN TERRA SPIKE XF8, AND ONE (1) JOHN DEERE 5075E\nTRACTOR EQUIPMENT AND INSTALLATION SERVICES IN THE AMOUNT\nOF $188,316\nRecommendation: In accordance with Coronado Municipal Code Section 8.04.070\nExemptions, A(3), award an agreement to Stotz Equipment utilizing cooperative\npurchasing for the purchase of one (1) John Deere ProGator 2030A, one (1) Turfco\nTopdresser, one (1) Wiedenmann Terra Spike XF8, and one (1) John Deere 5075E\nTractor and associated equipment installation seervices in the amount of $188,316\nvia Sourcewell Cooperative Purchasing Contract #031121­DAC.

REVIEW ENCROACHMENT PERMIT APPLICATION NUMBER E2309­003 FOR\nINSTALLATION OF PRIVATE SEWER LATERAL AT 478 ORANGE AVE IN THE\nPUBLIC RIGHT­OF­WAY AND CONSIDER APPROVAL OF AN\nENCROACHMENT MAINTENANCE AND REMOVAL AGREEMENT COVERING\nSAID PRIVATE IMPROVEMENT\nRecommendation: Approve encroachment permit application E2309­003 by\nauthorizing the City Engineer to execute the associated Encroachment\nMaintenance and Removal Agreement for the proposed private improvements in the\npublic right­of­way at 478 Orange Avenue.
