e. AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A USE AGREEMENT WITH\nTHE CORONADO LAWN BOWLING CLUB FOR CONTINUED USE AND\nMAINTENANCE ASSISTANCE OF THE LAWN BOWLING GREEN AT THE\nJOHN D. SPRECKELS CENTER AND BOWLING GREEN\nRecommendation: Authorize the City Manager to execute a use agreement, in a\nform approved by the City Attorney, with the Coronado Lawn Bowling Club for\ncontinued use and maintenance assistance of the lawn bowling green at the John\nD. Spreckels Center and Bowling Green for a term of five (5) years with options to\nrenew for two (2) additional five (5) year terms.
