e. AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A PROFESSIONAL\nSERVICES AGREEMENT AND ISSUE/AMEND TASK ORDERS WITH MIKHAIL\nOGAWA ENGINEERING INC. FOR AN INTIAL THREE YEAR TERM FOR AS­\nNEEDED STORM WATER AND WASTEWATER ENGINEERING SERVICES,\nTASK ORDERS TOTALING $1,231,313 FOR STORM WATER AND\nWASTEWATER PROGRAM SUPPORT SERVICES (pg. 146)\nRecommendation: Authorize the City Manager to execute a professional services\nagreement and issue/amend task orders with Mikhail Ogawa Engineering, Inc.\n(MOE) for an initial three year term, task orders for storm water and wastewater\nmanagement support services for the remainder of Fiscal Year (FY) 23/24 and FY\n24/25 totaling $1,231,313 and authorize the City Manager to execute future renewal\noptions and issue/amend task orders for years four and five.

AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A SECOND AMENDMENT\nTO THE GOLF PROFESSIONAL AGREEMENT WITH BRIAN SMOCK GOLF\nFOR THE GOLF CONCESSION AT THE CORONADO MUNICIPAL GOLF\nCOURSE MODIFYING THE DIVISION OF REVENUE (pg. 197)\nRecommendation: Authorize the City Manager to execute a Second Amendment to\nthe Golf Professional Agreement with Brian Smock Golf for the golf concession at\nthe Coronado Municipal Golf Course modifying the division of revenue.

g. AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT TO\nCENTRALSQUARE TECHNOLOGIES, LLC, FOR LICENSING, SUPPORT,\nAND MAINTENANCE OF THE CITY'S FINANCE PLUS AND TRAKIT\nENTERPRISE SYSTEMS FOR AN INITIAL CONTRACT THROUGH JUNE 30,\n2025 WITH OPTIONS TO RENEW FOR FOUR (4) ADDITIONAL ONE (1) YEAR\nTERMS; PROVIDE AUTHORITY TO THE CITY MANAGER TO EXERCISE\nRENEWAL OPTIONS FOR SINGLE YEARS THROUGH JUNE 30, 2029; AND\nAPPROVE A CONTRACT SUM OF UP TO $60,000 PER YEAR (pg. 236)\nRecommendation: Authorize the City Manager to execute a contract to\nCentralSquare Technologies, LLC for licensing, support, and maintenance of the\nCity’s Finance Plus and TRAKiT enterprise systems for an initial period through\nJune 30, 2025; provide authority to the City Manager to exercise renewal options for\nsingle years through June 30, 2029; and approve a contract sum of up to $60,000\nper year.
