a. APPROVAL OF READING BY TITLE AND WAIVER OF READING IN FULL OF\nORDINANCES ON THIS AGENDA\nRecommendation: Approve the reading by title and waive the reading in full of all\nOrdinances on the agenda.

b. REVIEW AND APPROVE THAT THE WARRANTS, AS CERTIFIED BY THE\nCITY/AGENCY TREASURER, ARE ALL CORRECT, JUST, AND CONFORM\nTO THE APPROVED BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2023­24\nRecommendation: Approve the Warrants as certified by the City/Agency Treasurer.

ACCEPT A DONATION OF $1,500 FROM THE CORONADO JUNIOR\nWOMAN’S CLUB FOR CORONADO RECREATION SCHOLARSHIPS\nRecommendation: Accept a donation of $1,500 from the Coronado Junior\nWoman’s Club for Coronado Recreation Scholarships to provide opportunities for\nCoronado youth to participate in classes and camps.

AUTHORIZE TRANSFER OF $10,000,000 FROM THE GENERAL FUND TO\nTHE MAJOR FACILITIES REPLACEMENT FUND\nRecommendation: Authorize a one­time transfer of $10,000,000 from the General\nFund (100) to the Major Facilities Replacement Fund (436), and amend the Fiscal\nYear 2023­24 Budget with the transfer.

e. AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A LICENSE AGREEMENT\nAND A MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT IN A FORM ACCEPTABLE TO THE\nCITY ATTORNEY BETWEEN THE UNITED STATES NAVY AND THE CITY OF\nCORONADO FOR COMMUNITY ACCESS AND USE OF THE NAVAL\nAMPHIBIOUS BASE CORONADO EAST POOL\nRecommendation: Authorize the City Manager to execute a License Agreement\nand a Memorandum of Agreement in a form acceptable to the City Attorney\nbetween the United States Navy and the City of Coronado for community access\nand use of the Naval Amphibious Base Coronado East Pool.
