d. CONSIDER APPROVAL OF THE CONTRACT WITH ADVANCED IMAGING\nSOLUTIONS, INC. IN THE AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $350,000 FOR\nACQUISITION OF NEW AND REPLACEMENT COPIERS AND PRINTERS AND\nCORRESPONDING REPAIR AND SUPPORT SERVICES AND TO AUTHORIZE\nTHE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT\nRecommendation: Authorize the City Manager to award a contract to Advanced\nImaging Strategies, Inc. (AIS) for acquisition of new and replacement copiers and\nprinters, delivery of supplies, and to provide repair and support services for a\ncontract term of three (3) years with options to renew for two (2) additional one (1)\nyear terms; provide authority to the City Manager to exercise renewal options for\nyears four and five of the agreement; and approve a contract sum of up to\n$350,000 for the full five (5) years agreement term.

RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE ROAD MAINTENANCE AND\nREHABILITATION ACCOUNT LIST OF PROJECTS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2024­\n25 FUNDED BY SENATE BILL 1: THE ROAD REPAIR AND ACCOUNTABILITY\nACT OF 2017\nRecommendation: Adopt a resolution adopting the Road Maintenance and\nRehabilitation Account list of projects for Fiscal Year 2024­25 funded by Senate Bill\n1: The Road Repair and Accountability Act of 2017.

f. AUTHORIZATION FOR THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A MULTI­YEAR\nPROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT FOR BENEFIT BROKER\nSERVICES WITH HUB INTERNATIONAL\nRecommendation: Authorize the City Manager to execute a three­year professional\nservices agreement with HUB International for benefits insurance broker services\nincluding assisting in administering group insurance plans, conducting compliance\nreviews, preparing requests for proposals for new insurance carriers, and soliciting\nproposals from insurance markets, and authorize the City Manager to execute one­\nyear contract extensions as deemed appropriate.

g. RESOLUTION TO EXTEND A LOCAL EMERGENCY DECLARATION DUE TO\nTHE DISCOVERY OF CAULERPA PROLIFERA IN THE CORONADO CAYS\nRecommendation: Adopt the Resolution to extend a local emergency declaration\ndue to the discovery of Caulerpa prolifera.

h. APARTMENT VACANCY SURVEY\nRecommendation: Adopt “A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Coronado\nAdopting the 2024 Coronado Apartment Vacancy Factor Pursuant to Subsection\n82.40.100(F) of the Coronado Municipal Code.”

i. REVIEW AND APPROVE THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE CULTURAL\nARTS COMMISSION TO INSTALL NEW FOURTH OF JULY BANNERS ON\nTHE ORANGE AVENUE CORRIDOR STREET LIGHT POLES JUNE 24\nTHROUGH SEPTEMBER 9, 2024\nRecommendation: Approve the recommendations of the Cultural Arts Commission\nto install six new Fourth of July banner designs in honor of the 75th Anniversary of\nthe Fourth of July Parade and to display the banners June 24 through September\n10, 2024 on Orange Avenue from First Street to Avenida de las Arenas.

j. RESOLUTIONS ADOPTING AND IMPLEMENTING THE FISCAL YEAR 2024­25\nCITY OF CORONADO BUDGET AND ASSOCIATED POLICIES, AND\nAUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO PURCHASE APPROVED VEHICLES\nAND EQUIPMENT\nRecommendation: Adopt Resolutions approving and adopting the Fiscal Year (FY)\n2024­25 City of Coronado Budget and Financial Plan, Annual Appropriations Limit,\nPolicy on Fund Balance, and amendments to the Personnel Authorization and\nCompensation Plan, and authorize the City Manager to purchase vehicles and\nequipment as approved in the Vehicle and Equipment Replacement Fund.

ADOPTION OF A “RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF\nCORONADO, CALIFORNIA, EXTENDING AN EXISTING RED CURB ZONE\nAND DESIGNATING AN EIGHTEEN­FOOT (18’) WHITE CURB LOADING\nZONE ADJACENT TO CHRIST CHURCH DAY SCHOOL AT 901 C AVENUE”\nRecommendation: Adopt a “Resolution of the City Council of the City of Coronado,\nCalifornia, extending an existing red curb zone and designating an eighteen­foot\n(18’) white curb loading zone adjacent to Christ Church Day School at 901 C\nAvenue.”
