IN THE AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $350,000 FOR\nACQUISITION OF NEW AND REPLACEMENT COPIERS AND PRINTERS AND\nCORRESPONDING REPAIR AND SUPPORT SERVICES AND TO AUTHORIZE\nTHE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT\nRecommendation: Authorize the City Manager to award a contract to Advanced\nImaging Strategies, Inc. (AIS) for acquisition of new and replacement copiers and\nprinters, delivery of supplies, and to provide repair and support services for a\ncontract term of three (3) years with options to renew for two (2) additional one (1)\nyear terms; provide authority to the City Manager to exercise renewal options for\nyears four and five of the agreement; and approve a contract sum of up to\n$350,000 for the full five (5) years agreement term.

AUTHORIZATION FOR THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A MULTI­YEAR\nPROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT FOR BENEFIT BROKER\nSERVICES WITH HUB INTERNATIONAL\nRecommendation: Authorize the City Manager to execute a three­year professional\nservices agreement with HUB International for benefits insurance broker services\nincluding assisting in administering group insurance plans, conducting compliance\nreviews, preparing requests for proposals for new insurance carriers, and soliciting\nproposals from insurance markets, and authorize the City Manager to execute one­\nyear contract extensions as deemed appropriate.
