AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO AWARD CONTRACTS AND CHANGE\nORDERS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE WASTEWATER MAIN\nREPLACEMENT FY 16/17 PROJECT AND ASSOCIATED SUPPORT\nSERVICES IN THE AMOUNT OF $4,461,278, AND ADDITIONAL\nAPPROPRIATION IN THE AMOUNT OF $3,230,591 FROM THE\nWASTEWATER FUND\nRecommendation: Authorize the City Manager to award contracts to Palm\nEngineering Construction Company, Inc. for an amount of $3,694,078 for the\nconstruction of the Wastewater Main Replacement FY 16/17 (Contract No. 24­\nCO­ES­788) and Harris & Associates in an amount not­to­exceed $367,800 for\nconstruction management support services; approve a project contingency of\n$369,400; amend the FY 2024/25 Budget and appropriate an additional $3,230,591\nfrom the Wastewater Fund (61071000­97880­17020); and, authorize the City\nManager to execute change orders within the project budget.
