a. 820 G AVENUE: DETERMINATION THAT THE PROJECT IS CATEGORICALLY\nEXEMPT UNDER THE CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT\nGUIDELINES SECTION 15332 AND A REQUEST FOR A TWO­LOT\nTENTATIVE PARCEL MAP TO ALLOW FOR CONDOMINIUM OWNERSHIP OF\nFOUR RESIDENTIAL UNITS (PC 2024­05)\nRecommendation: Determine that the project located at 820 G Avenue is\ncategorically exempt under Class 32 of the California Environmental Quality Act\nGuidelines Section 15332 (In­Fill Development) and adopt a Resolution approving\nthe Tentative Parcel Map, including the findings and conditions.
