5. SPECTRUM ENTERPRISE SERVICE AGREEMENT 24-362\nRECOMMENDATION:\nStaff recommends the City Council:\n1. Approve the 5-year Spectrum Enterprise Service Agreement between the\nCity of Costa Mesa and Charter Communications Operating LLC, on\nbehalf of subsidiary Spectrum Enterprise, for the continued network\nconnections between City Hall and all of the remote sites throughout the\nCity, commencing on November 1 2024, through October 31, 2029.\n2. Approve the Service Order in the annual amount of $209,889 (paid in\nmonthly installments of $17,490.68).\n3. Authorize the City Manager and the City Clerk to execute the agreement.\n4. Approve and authorize the City Manager and the City Clerk to execute a\nProfessional Services Agreement (PSA) with each consulting firm listed\nbelow from October 15, 2024 - June 30, 2029, in substantially the form as\nattached and in such final form as approved by the City Attorney for on-call\nengineering staff support and program management services for various\nPublic Works projects.\n· Ardurra Group, Inc.\n· TKE Engineering, Inc.\n· Transtech Engineers, Inc.\n· Iteris, Inc.\n2. 2. PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT (PSA) WITH DUDEK FOR 24-361\nCLIMATE ACTION AND ADAPTATION PLAN CONSULTING\nSERVICES\nRECOMMENDATION:\nStaff recommends the City Council:\n1. Approve a Professional Services Agreement (PSA) for two years with two\none-year renewals in the amount of $418,625 to Dudek (Environmental,\nPlanning and Engineering Firm) for consulting services.\n2. Authorize a ten percent (10%) contingency in the amount of $41,862 for\nunforeseen costs related to the project.\n3. Authorize a budget adjustment of $300,000 from the Capital Improvement\nFund (401) fund balance and $50,000 from the SoCal Gas Climate\nAdaptation and Resiliency Grant.\n4.
