Approve and authorize the City Manager and City Clerk to execute five-year\nProfessional Services Agreement (PSA), to provide towing services of private\nvehicles, effective July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2030, in a form as approved by the\nCity Attorney for towing services to:\n·\n·\n·\nG& W Towing\nMetroPro Road Services, Inc.\nSouthside Towing\n2. Approve and authorize the City Manager and City Clerk to execute five-year\nProfessional Services Agreement (PSA), to provide towing services of City\nowned vehicles and equipment, in an annual amount not-to-exceed $5,000,\neffective July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2030, in a form as approved by the City\nAttorney for towing services to:\n·\n·\n·\nG& W Towing\nMetroPro Road Services, Inc.\nSouthside Towing\n3. 6.\nJune 17, 2025\nPROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT FOR SOLID WASTE 25-327\nCOLLECTION SERVICES AT CITY FACILITIES\nRECOMMENDATION:\nStaff recommends the City Council:\n1. Award a Professional Services Agreement (PSA) with Ware Disposal, Inc.,\n1035 E. 4th Street, Santa Ana, CA 92701, for a two (2) year agreement and\nup to three (3) additional one-year term periods for Solid Waste Collection\nServices at City facilities for a not-to-exceed initial annual cost of $145,667,\nand future annual increases equal to or less than the Consumer Price Index\n(CPI).\n2. Authorize a ten percent (10%) contingency annually for emergency\nresponse, special events and other unforeseen costs and approval for\nConsumer Price Index (CPI) escalation and de-escalation.\n3. Authorize the City Manager and City Clerk to execute the PSA and any future\namendments to the agreement, only if the rate increase is equal to or less\nthan the annual Consumer Price Index (CPI).\nAttachments: 1.
