6.\nNovember 4, 2025\nAWARD OF THE COSTA MESA FIRE STATION NO. 3 ABOVE 25-553\nGROUND STORAGE TANK INSTALLATION, CITY PROJECT NO.\n25-12\nRECOMMENDATION:\nStaff recommends the City Council:\n1. Award a Public Works Agreement (PWA) in the amount of $409,996 to\nFleming Environmental, Inc., Fullerton, CA, to install a new above ground\ndiesel storage tank, fuel management solution, and accompanying items at\nthe Costa Mesa Fire Station No. 3.\n2. Authorize an additional ten percent (10%) contingency in the amount of\n$41,000 as needed for any unforeseen costs related to the project.\n3.
