12.s Memorandum(s) of Understanding with Covina Valley Unified and Charter Oak Unified\nSchool Districts Regarding School Resource Officers\nStaff Recommendation:\n1. Approve the MOUs to maintain school safety within Covina Valley Unified and Charter\nOak Unified School Districts patrolled by the Covina Police Department; and\n2. Approve Resolution CC 2023-62 adding one police officer position in the police\ndepartment to be assigned to Covina Valley Unified School District. A total of two officers\nwill be assigned to Covina Valley Unified.

12.t Agreement between the City of Covina, the Covina Housing Authority and Catholic\nCharities of Los Angeles, Inc. for Services to be Provided at the Transitional House for FY\n2023-2026, and Related Disbursements\nStaff Recommendation:\nAuthorize the City Manager/Executive Director or his designee to execute the Agreement for\nServices to be Provided at the McGill House, Covina, FY 2023-2026, for the Transitional\nHouse operation, supportive and administrative services with Catholic Charities of Los\nAngeles, Inc. (CCLA), subject to final approval of the form of the Agreement by the City\nAttorney.

12.u Acceptance of California Highway Patrol Grant Funding\nStaff Recommendation:\n1. Approve Resolution CC 2023-61 accepting $499,546.72 in grant funding from the\nCannabis Tax Fund Grant Program (CTFGP) under the California Highway Patrol;\n2.
