CC 10. Professional Services Agreements for CEQA and NEPA Related Services\nStaff Recommendation:\n1. Approve Professional Services Agreements to allow for continued contractual\nsupport for CEQA and NEPA related consulting services for a compensation amount\nnot to exceed $300,000 each for Michael Baker, Dudek, Inc., and Environmental\nScience Associates (ESA); and\n2. Approve Third Amendment to Professional Services Agreement with EPD\nSolutions, Inc. to extend term of agreement, update the approved fee schedule, and\namend compensation by $122,000 for continued contractual support for CEQA and\nNEPA related consulting services.

Accept the work performed by GRBCON, Inc; and\n2. Authorize the City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion for the Badillo Street Water\nServices Replacement Project – Project No. W2501.

CC 5. City-Wide Alleyway Resurfacing Project – Project No. P2504 – Final Acceptance and\nFiling Notice of Completion\nStaff Recommendation:\n1. Accept the work performed by FS Contractors, Inc.; and\n2. Authorize the City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion for the City-Wide Alleyway\nResurfacing Project – Project No. P2504.

Accept the work performed by Green Giant Landscape, Inc.; and\n2. Authorize the City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion for the Hollenbeck Park\nUrban Greening Revitalization Project – Project No. P2403/P2512.

CC 8. Covina Recreation Village Project – Project No. P2202 – Demolition of Existing\nEasterly Building\nStaff Recommendation:\nAuthorize the Director of Public Works/City Engineer to approve a contract Change Order for\nthe Covina Recreation Village Project – Project No. P2202 with Perera Construction and\nDesign, Inc. to demolish the existing easterly building for the amount of $251,952.93 to be\npaid from available and previously allocated State of California Budget Act of 2021 (SB 129)\nLibrary Grant funds.

CC 9. Contract Agreements for On-Call Construction Contractors for the Period of February\n4, 2025 – June 30, 2028 for a Not-to-Exceed Amount of $500,000 per Fiscal Year\nStaff Recommendation:\nAuthorize the City Manager to execute Contract Agreements between the City of Covina and\nApproved On-Call Construction Contractors.
