Consideration and Approval of a Request by the Cudahy Youth Foundation to Waive the\nTemporary Use Permit (TUP No. 2023-01) Application Fee for a Firework Sales Permit to conduct\ntheir Annual Fireworks Sales (page 19)\nPresented by the Community Development Director\nRecommendation: Staff recommends the City Council consider a request from the Cudahy\nYouth Foundation (“Applicant”) to waive the Temporary Use Permit\n(“TUP”) fee, in the amount of $562.50, for their annual fireworks sales and\ntake one of the following actions:\n1. Approve the request and waive the TUP application fee.\n2. Deny the request for a full fee waiver and approve a partial fee waiver\ndetermined by City Council.\n3. Deny the request to waive the TUP application fee.

Consideration and Approval of Professional Services Agreement for Design Engineering Services\nfor Cudahy Los Angeles River Improvement Project (page 43)\nPresented by the Director of Public Works\nRecommendation: It is recommend the City Council award a Professional Services\nAgreement (PSA) to SWA Group, Inc. for Design Phase Engineering\nServices in the amount not-to-exceed $536,570.
