Adopt Resolution No. 24-06 (Attachment A) approving the 2023\nGeneral Plan Annual Progress Report (APR); and\n2. Authorize staff to file the 2023 Annual Progress Report with the\nGovernor’s Office of Planning and Research (OPR) and the California\nDepartment of Housing and Community Development (HCD).
