Consideration to Review and Approve the Draft Minutes of July 29, 2024, for the Special Meeting\nof the City Council and the Joint Meeting of the City of Cudahy as Successor Agency and Housing\nSuccessor Agency to the Cudahy Development Commission (page 7)\nPresented by the City Clerk\nRecommendation: The City Council is requested to review and approve the City Council /\nSuccessor Agency Draft Minutes for July 29, 2024.

B. Approve Resolution No. 24-31 Accepting Notice of Completion (NOC) of the Clara Park\nImprovement Project with American Pride Builders Co. – City Project Number 100-40200-6995\n(page 15)\nPresented by the Interim Public Works Director\nRecommendation: The City Council is requested to:\n1. Adopt Resolution No. 24-31 accepting the Clara Park Improvement\nProject as complete;\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Notice of Completion; and\n3. Direct the City Clerk to file the Notice of Completion with the Los\nAngeles County Recorder.

Approval of a Professional Services Agreement for Crossing Guard Services with All City\nManagement Services (page 21)\nPresented by the Community Services Director\nRecommendation: The City Council is requested to approve a Professional Services\nAgreement for Crossing Guard Services with All City Management\nServices through June 30, 2027, for a total not to exceed amount of\n$269,073.90.

B. Approval of a Third Amendment Willdan Engineering to Provide Design Phase Engineering\nServices for the Cudahy Park Renovation Project (page 45)\nPresented by the Community Services Director\nRecommendation: The City Council is requested to approve a third amendment to\nProfessional Services Agreement (PSA) with Willdan Engineering Inc. to\nprovide additional design services for the preparation of PS&E (Plan,\nSpecifications, and Estimates) for the Cudahy Park Renovation Project, not\nto exceed $34,900.00.

C. Consideration to approve a Professional Services Agreement between the City of Cudahy and the\nYoung Men's Christian Association (YMCA) for Recreational Programs (page 159)\nPresented by the Community Services Director\nRecommendation: The City Council is requested to approve a Professional Services\nAgreement between the City of Cudahy and the YMCA to provide\nrecreational Programs for $75,000.

D. Consideration to adopt the Vacant and Underutilized Lot Inventory Performed by Placeworks\n(page 187)\nPresented by the Community Services Director\nRecommendation: The City Council is requested to:\n1. Adopt Resolution No. 24-32 the Vacant and Underutilized Lot\nInventory: Work Summary and Toolkit performed by Placeworks;\nand\n2. Authorize the City Manager to sign the letter of completion and\nacceptance.

E. Consideration to Approve a Sales Quote with Tyler Technologies for Additional Software for\nPermitting, Licensing and Code Enforcement and Augment the City’s Fiscal Year 2024/2025 Budget\n(page 225)\nPresented by the Finance Director\nRecommendation: The City Council is requested to:\n1. Approve a Sales Quote with Tyler Technologies, in the amount of\n$129,268 for the Enterprise Permitting, Licensing and Code\nEnforcement software system and authorize the City Manager to sign\nany related Agreement/Quote/Proposal without having to return to\nthe City Council for further approval.\n2. Adopt proposed Resolution No. 24-33 Augmenting the City of\nCudahy Fiscal Year (FY) 2024-2025 City Budget for $129,268.

Discussion and Potential Adoption of Ordinance No. 756 Amending Section 2.04.080\n(Compensation of Council Members) of Chapter 2.04 (City Council) of Title 2 (Administration and\nPersonnel) of the Cudahy Municipal Code Amending Council Member Monthly Compensation\nAmount (page 245)\nPresented by the City Attorney\nRecommendation: The City Council is recommended to discuss and potentially adopt\nOrdinance No. 756 amending Section 2.04.080 (Compensation of Council\nMembers) of Chapter 2.04 (City Council) of Title 2 (Administration and\nPersonnel) of the Cudahy Municipal Code amending Council Member\nmonthly compensation amount.
