Open the public hearing, receive testimony and presentation of the\nproposed programs; and\n2. Authorize City staff to release a Request for Proposal to seek qualified\nconsulting firms for the provisions of CDBG Housing Rehabilitation\nServices and CDBG Administration for Fiscal Year 2025-26; and\n3. Authorize City staff to release a Request for Proposal to seek qualified\norganizations/providers to administer the Youth Crime Prevention\nProgram for Fiscal Year 2025-26; and\n4.
