Adoption of Resolution No. 25-30 Authorizing the City Manager to execute the Memorandum of\nUnderstanding (MOU) between the American Red Cross and the City of Cudahy (page 45)\nPresented by the Assistant to the City Manager\nRecommendation:\nThe City Council is requested to adopt Resolution No. 25-30 Authorizing\nthe City Manager to execute the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)\nbetween the American Red Cross and the City of Cudahy.

Public Hearing Regarding Increased Fees for the Handling of Solid Waste and Recyclable Materials\nfor Residential and Commercial Properties within the City and Adoption of proposed Resolution\nNo. 25-31 levying fees for the handling of solid waste and recyclable materials (page 65)\nPresented by Assistant to the City Manager\nRecommendation:\nThe City Council is requested to:\n1.\nReceive and file the request from Republic Services to increase fees for\nthe handling of solid waste and recyclable materials against\nJune 17, 2025, at 6:30 P.M.\nresidential properties by 4.71% per dwelling unit per month per\nmonth and commercial/industrial customers within the City by 5.19%\nto be applied to commercial and roll-off service rates; and\n2.\nAdopt proposed Resolution No. 25-31 levying fees for handling solid\nwaste and recyclable materials, also known as rubbish collection\ncharge, against residential and commercial properties within the City.
