Discussion of a Disposition and Development Agreement between the City of Cudahy and\nPrimestor Development, Inc, for the Transfer and Development of Real Property involving Five\nParcels Located at the Southeast Corner of Atlantic Avenue and Santa Ana Street, APN Nos. 6224018-912, 6224-018-915, 6224-018-913, 6224-018-914, 6224-018-911, collectively known as “Site 2”;\nand Adoption of Resolution No. 25-41 authorizing an amendment to the Agreement between the\nResolution No. 25-42 declaring the City’s intent to sell Site 2 (page 87)\nPresented by the Community Development Director/Assistant City Manager\nRecommendation:\nCity staff recommends that the City Council take the following actions:\n1.\nHear a presentation from City staff; and\n2.\nAdopt Resolution No. 25-41 authorizing an amendment to the\nAgreement between the City of Cudahy and Primestor Development,\nInc. (“Primestor”), pertaining to the real property located at 4730\nSanta Ana Street (APN No. 6224-018-007) allowing a time extension;\nand\n3.\nAdopt Resolution No. 25-42 declaring the City of Cudahy’s (“City”)\nintent to sell Site 2 and setting a hearing date for August 5, 2025, in\nconsideration of protests.
