City of Cudahy Capital Improvement Program (CIP) FY2025-2029 Amendment – Request to\ninclude Live Oak Street Improvement Project (page 125)\nPresented by the Senior Engineer\nRecommendation:\nThe City Council is requested to approve the proposed City of Cudahy\nCapital Improvement Program (CIP) Amendment for Fiscal Years FY2025-\n2029 CIP budget to include the Live Oak Street Improvement Project and\nappropriate $961,480 for Pre-Construction and Construction Services and\nContingency from the following funds:\n1. $961,480 ($651,480 in Prop C and $310,000 in Measure M) of the\nunused CIP budget FY 2025 – 2029 allocated for the FY 24-25\nPavement Rehabilitation Program Project which includes:\n•\n$687,500 in Prop C funds available\n•\n$310,000 in Measure M funds available, and;\n2. Allocate $133,000 in STPL funds to the Otis Ave. Street Improvement\nProject.
