Approve the following budget adjustments:\nIncrease General Fund (Fund 111) revenue by $30,000, for a positive net change of\n$30,000;\nIncrease Cypress Recreation and Park District General Fund (Fund 212) expenditures\nby $4,500; and\nIncrease Cypress Recreation and Park District Capital Replacement Fund (Fund 725)\nexpenditures by $36,000.

Approve the City Engineer's Report for the Cypress Corporate Center Landscape\nMaintenance District No. 1 for Fiscal Year 2026-27; and\n2. Adopt the attached Resolution declaring the City Council's intention to order the renewal of\nCypress Corporate Center Landscape Maintenance District No. 1 for maintenance of the\nlandscape and irrigation system and setting the public hearing for July 14, 2026.

5.\nApproval of Amended and Restated NPDES Stormwater Permit Implementation\nAgreement\nPrepared by: Nick Mangkalakiri, Director of Public Works\nRecommendation:\n1. Approve the Amended and Restated National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System\nStormwater Permit Implementation Agreement; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Agreement and any related documents\nnecessary to implement the terms of the Agreement.

Approve an agreement with Charles Abbott Associates, Inc. for on-call Professional Plan\nChecking Services and authorize the City Manager to execute the contract agreement; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to approve annual task orders under this agreement, in an\namount not to exceed the adopted annual budget for plan checking services.

Approve a Master Equity Lease Agreement and Addendum, Self-Insurance Addendum,\nand Government Credit Application with Enterprise Fleet Management, Inc.;\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Agreement, supporting documents, and future\nAmendments to the Agreement; and\n3.
