3. Submit Public Comments Prior to the Meeting. The public may submit comments via email to cityclerk@cypressca.org. Comments\nsubmitted by 2:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting will be added to the meeting record.

4. Watch General Sessions of Regular Meetings. The general sessions of regular City Council meetings can be viewed on Spectrum Cable\nChannel 36 or on the City's website at www.cypressca.org/watchlive.

5. Listen to General Sessions. Listen-only teleconferencing is available for the general sessions of regular City Council meetings.
