CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION TO ADOPT AMENDMENTS TO THE EXCLUSIVE\nSOLID WASTE HANDLING AGREEMENT AND THE AGREEMENT FOR THE COLLECTION\nOF TEMPORARY WASTE WITH CR&R INCORPORATED\nThat the City Council:\n2\n1) Adopt a Resolution entitled:\nA RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DANA POINT, APPROVING THE\nFIFTH AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENTS BETWEEN THE CITY OF DANA POINT AND\nCR&R INCORPORATED FOR SOLID WASTE HANDLING SERVICES AND THE\nCOLLECTION AND HANDLING OF TEMPORARY WASTE; and\n2) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Resolution on behalf of the City.\nPUBLIC COMMENTS\nAny person wishing to address the City Council during the Public Comments section or on an Agenda\nitem is asked to complete a “Request to Speak” form available on the table at the side of the Council\nChamber. The completed form is to be submitted to the City Clerk prior to the Agenda item being called\nby the Mayor and prior to the individual being heard by the City Council.\nIn order to conduct a timely meeting, there will be a three-minute time limit per person and an overall time\nlimit of thirty minutes for this Public Comments portion of the agenda. At the Mayor’s discretion, the\nbalance of public comments will be heard after the New Business portion of the agenda. All comments\nare to be directed to the City Council and shall not consist of any personal attacks. Members of the public\nare expected to maintain a professional, courteous decorum during their comments. State law prohibits\nthe City Council from taking action on a specific item unless it appears on the posted Agenda.\nIf anyone has handouts to distribute to the City Council, please follow proper procedure and hand them\nto the City Clerk. RESOLUTION TO UPDATE FEES ASSOCIATED WITH ANIMAL SERVICES AND UPDATE\nTHE DANA POINT MUNIPCAL CODE TITLE 10 AS IT RELATES TO ANIMAL CONTROL,\nWELFARE AND LICENSING REQUIREMENTS\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council:\n1) Hold a Public Hearing and adopt a Resolution entitled:\nA RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DANA POINT,\nCALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE FEE SCHEDULE FOR ANIMAL SERVICES\nPROVIDED BY THE COASTAL ANIMAL SERVICES AUTHORITY; and\n2) Receive, discuss, and advise on the proposed changes to Title 10 (Animal Control, Welfare\nand Licensing Requirements) of the Dana Point Municipal Code as part of the comprehensive\nreview of the City’s Municipal Code.\n3
