PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH TRUE NORTH COMPLIANCE SERVICES\nFOR THE BUILDING AND SAFETY DIVISION\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council:\n1) Approve a Professional Services Agreement with True North Compliance Services (True North)\nfor Plan Check, Permit Technician and Inspection; and\n2) Authorize the City Manager or his Designee to execute the Agreement.

8. PURCHASE OF NETWORK SWITCHES FOR NETWORK CABLING PROJECT\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council authorize the purchase of network switches\nand transceivers for the Dana Point City Hall network cabling upgrade project.\n2

9. FISCAL YEARS 2023-24 AND 2024-25 BUDGET WORKSHOP\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council:\n1. Conduct a Workshop to discuss the City of Dana Point Proposed Operating and Capital\nImprovement Budgets for Fiscal Years 2023-2024 ("FY24") and 2024-2025 ("FY25"); and,\n2. Review, revise or provide other direction to Staff in regards to the FY24 and FY25 Proposed\nBudget; and\n3. Adopt a Resolution entitled:\nA RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DANA POINT, CALIFORNIA,\nESTABLISHING SALARY RANGES FOR REPRESENTED AND NON-REPRESENTED\nCLASSIFICATIONS AND ADOPTING NEW JOB TITLES AND CLASS SPECIFICATIONS.
