ADOPTION OF A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SENATE BILL 1 (SB-1) PROJECT LIST FOR\nFISCAL YEAR 24/24\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council:\n1) Adopt a Resolution entitled:\nA RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF DANA POINT, CALIFORNIA ADOPTING A LIST OF PROJECTS\nFOR FISCAL YEAR 24-25 FUNDED BY SENATE BILL 1 (SB-1), THE ROAD REPAIR AND\nACCOUNTABILITY ACT OF 2017;\n2) Authorize the City Manager or designee to submit all required documentation to maintain funding\neligibility for FY24-25; and\n3) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Resolution on behalf of the City.\n3

APPROVAL OF TREE TRIMMING CONTRACT WITH WEST COAST ARBORISTS\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council:\n1) Approve Staff’s recommendation to use cooperative purchasing, utilizing the City of Norco’s\ncompetitive bid process for tree maintenance services; and,\n2) Award a five-year contract to West Coast Arborists for tree maintenance; and,\n3) Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute the agreement.

12. FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH D.B. NEISH INC. FOR PLANNING AND\nADVOCACY CONSULTING SERVICES\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council:\n1) Ratify Professional Services Agreement and authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute\na First Amendment with D.B. Neish, Inc. for Planning and Advocacy Representation Consulting\nServices; and\n2) Authorize the budget adjustment detailed in the Fiscal Impact section of this report.

8. CONTRACT AGREEMENT BETWEEN ALL CITY MANAGEMENT SERVICES, INC. AND THE\nCITY OF DANA POINT FOR SCHOOL CROSSING GUARD SERVICES\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council authorize the City Manager, or designee, to enter\ninto a Contract Agreement between All City Management Services, Inc. and the City of Dana Point\nfor School Crossing Guard Services for Fiscal Year 2024-25 with an option to extend the agreement\nfor two, one (1) year extensions.

SISTER CITY STUDENT EXCHANGE CHAPERONE AND SIGNING OF PARTNERSHIP\nAGREEMENT WITH SORRENTO, ITALY\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council:\n1) Approve travel expenses to the City of Sorrento, Italy for one Staff member, Mayor Federico, and\nCouncil Member Gabbard; and\n2) Authorize Staff to work with Dana Point Sister Cities International to chaperone two pre-selected\nDana Hills High School students in their cultural events and activities related to the Dana Point\nSister Cities and Monarch Beach Sunrise Rotary Club’s Student Exchange to Sorrento, Italy.
