PERMIT FEE WAIVER FOR ACCESSIBLE BEACH MATS AT SALT CREEK COUNTY BEACH\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council waive the permit fee for Orange County Parks (OC\nParks) to apply for a Coastal Development Permit to install 256 linear feet of six (6) foot-wide\naccessible beach mats from the existing access road of Salt Creek County Beach to a location\napproximately two feet above the mean high tide line.

AMENDMENTS TO DANA POINT MUNICIPAL CODE CHAPTER 6.14\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council receive, discuss and advise on the proposed\nchanges to a portion of Title 6 (Health and Sanitation) of the Dana Point Municipal Code, specifically\nChapter 6.14, as part of the comprehensive review of the City’s Municipal Code.

SECOND AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH CSG CONSULTANTS FOR PROFESSIONAL\nSERVICES\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council:\n1) Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute a Second Amendment to the Contract\nAgreement with CSG Consultants for professional building services, increasing the contract\nfor an increased not-to-exceed amount, with the option to extend the Agreement for up to\ntwo (2) additional one-year terms; and\n2) Approve the budget adjustment in the Fiscal Impact section of this report.

STONEHILL DRIVE UTILITY UNDERGROUNDING DISTRICT SCOPE REVISION\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council:\n1) Adopt a Resolution entitled:\nA RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DANA POINT, CALIFORNIA\nREVISING THE SCOPE OF UNDERGROUNDING UTILITY DISTRICT 2022-01 ON\nSTONEHILL DRIVE\n2) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Resolution on behalf of the City.

SIXTH AMENDMENT TO CONSULTANT SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH GHD, INCORPORATED\nFOR THE STORM DRAIN MASTER PLAN UPDATE\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council:\n1) Authorize the City Manager to execute a Sixth Amendment to the Consultant\nServices Agreement with GHD Inc for preparation of the Storm Drain Master Plan Update\nto increase the not-to-exceed amount and add one 2-year optional term extension; and\n2) Approve the budget adjustment as outlined in the Fiscal Impact Section.
