Approval of Task Orders with Dudek for Environmental Review and\nEngineering Studies and Design on the San Dieguito Lagoon Shoreline\nProtection Planning Project\nRecommended Action: Staff recommends the City Council take the following\nactions pertaining to the San Dieguito Lagoon Shoreline Protection Planning\nProject: 1) Approve a $275,000 Task Order (Attachment A) with Dudek to\ncomplete environmental review studies including resource agency permitting; 2)\nApprove a $225,000 Task Order (Attachment B) with Dudek to perform\nengineering technical studies and design; 3) Authorize the City Manager to\nexecute the Task Orders; and 4) Amend the Fiscal Year (FY) 2024-2025\nOperating and Capital Budget as described in the Fiscal Impact section of this\nreport.\nReference: Clerk’s File No. 406-1
