Determine that approval of the utility relocation agreements, trash\nscreen installation agreement, and funding documents resolution for\nthe Project is categorically exempt from environmental review under\nthe California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA\nGuidelines Section 15301, Class 1: Existing Facilities;\nB. Adopt Resolution No. 2024-42, to authorize the Public Works\nDirector/City Engineer to sign and execute project related funding\nagreements and documents with the State of California for Federal and\nState Funds;\nC. Approve, and authorize the City Manager to sign an Agreement with\nWalnut Valley Water District to reimburse their costs for relocating or\nadjusting water facilities within the Diamond Bar Blvd. Complete\nStreets project limits; and\nD.
