Determine that approving the design and plans for the proposed Project, awarding\nthe construction contract, and the construction of the Project, is exempt from the\nCalifornia Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) under Section 15301(c) of the CEQA\nGuidelines;\nB. Adopt Resolution No. 2025-34 approving the plans and specifications for the\nDiamond Bar Boulevard Complete Streets Project;\nC. Approve the adjustments to the Capital Improvement Program budget and\nestablish a Project Payment Account containing sufficient funds from the current\nfiscal year budget;\nD. Waive minor irregularities in Gentry Brothers, Inc. bid proposal;\nE.
