2.\nAPPROVAL OF WARRANTS ISSUED\nWarrant Nos. 396933-397320 (City) and 102-110 (CMSC); Payroll Wire Nos. 30004680-30004682;\n30004677; EFT Nos. 15617-15673 (City) and 50003-50007 (CMSC); and, Manual Wire Nos. 2800-2804, in\nthe total amount of $Â 4,725,063.37.

3.\nAPPROVAL OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHORIZATION TO SOLICIT CONSTRUCTION\nBIDS FOR THE PEDESTRIAN CROSSING SAFETY ENHANCEMENTS PROJECT, CAPITAL\nIMPROVEMENT PROJECT (CIP) NO. 22-10\nThat the City Council:\n1. Approve plans and specifications and authorize solicitation for construction bids for the Pedestrian\nCrossing Safety Enhancements Project, CIP No. 22-10; and,\n2. Authorize procurement of certain City-furnished materials that require longer lead times to acquire.

4.\nAPPROVAL OF A CONTRACT WITH FONROCHE LIGHTING AMERICA FOR THE RESIDENTIAL\nSTREETLIGHT PROJECT, CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT (CIP) NO. 25-17\nThat the City Council:\n1. Approve a public works contract agreement with Fonroche Lighting America in the amount of $184,339\nand a 15 percent project contingency in the amount of $27,650 for the installation of 16 solar powered\nstreetlights at various locations within the City of Downey; and,\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute all amendments to the agreement.

5.\nAPPROVAL OF AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO AN AGREEMENT TO LEASE 12140 BELLFLOWER\nBOULEVARD FOR THE REFURBISHMENT OF THE SPACE SHUTTLE INSPIRATION MOCK-UP\nThat the City Council:\n1. Approve Amendment No. 1 to the Lease Agreement with Downey Land Limited for an extension of\neighteen (18) months through March 11, 2028, for the lease of 12140 Bellflower Boulevard for the\nrefurbishment of the Space Shuttle Inspiration mock-up for an additional lease amount of Seventy-Two\nThousand Dollars ($72,000); and,\n2. Authorize the City Manager, or his Designee, to execute Amendment No. 1.

6.\nAPPROVAL OF SERVICES AND LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR SHOP SMALL SOIREE\nThat the City Council:\n1. Approve the Services and License Agreement between the City of Downey and Shop Small Soiree, for a\nnine-month term; and,\n2. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute the agreement.

7.\nAPPROVAL OF FINAL PARCEL MAP NO. 83742 AND AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF\nSUBDIVISION PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS LOCATED AT 12428 BENEDICT AVENUE\nThat the City Council:\nAdopt Resolution No. 26-8340, approving Final Parcel Map No. 83742 and agreement with the subdivider\nfor the construction of subdivison public improvements.\nWORKSHOP
