3.\nACCEPTANCE OF WORK FOR REPLACEMENT OF THE HEATING, VENTILATION, AND AIR\nCONDITIONING (HVAC) SYSTEM AT DOWNEY POLICE DEPARTMENT\nThat the City Council:\n1. Accept the work for the Replacement of the HVAC System at the Downey Police Department, CIP No.\n25-11;\n2. Approve the final construction contract amount of $1,994,514; and,\n3. Authorize the Director of Public Works/City Engineer to file a Notice of Completion indicating the work is\ncomplete and has been accepted by the City.

4.\nAPPROVAL OF THE PURCHASE OF WATER METERS AND RADIO EQUIPMENT FOR PUBLIC\nWORKS UTILITIES OPERATIONS\nThat the City Council:\nApprove a purchase order with Aquametric Sales Company, Inc. for water meters and associated radio\nequipment for a total not to exceed amount of $584,016.
