H.\nAdoption of Resolution No. 26-08 approving the renewal of the General Services\nAgreement with the County of Los Angeles for the term July 1, 2021 - June 30, 2026\nRecommended Action: Adopt a resolution of the City Council of the City of Duarte,\nCalifornia, approving the renewal of the General Services Agreement with the County\nof Los Angeles and approve the agreement with the County of Los Angeles for general\nservices for the term July 1, 2026 – June 30, 2031.

I.\nAdoption of the 2026 City of Duarte Local Hazard Mitigation Plan\nRecommended Action: Adopt Resolution No. 26-09 for the 2026 Local Hazard\nMitigation Plan, and authorize City staff to forward the resolution of adoption to\nFEMA for issuance of a Letter of Approval. It is also recommended that the City\nCouncil authorize adoption of the 2026 Local Hazard Mitigation Plan into the General\nPlan Safety Element.
