Consider and approve the appropriation of 2021 American Rescue Plan funds and Asset\nForfeiture funds to purchase a Lenco Bearcat G3 armored vehicle in an amount not-to-\nexceed $500,000;\n2. Consider and approve Lenco Armored Vehicles which utilize and follows US Government\nCooperative Purchasing- GSA Contract No. GS-07F-169DA (valid through August 22,\n2026), and qualifies as a sole vendor, and does not require a competitive bidding process\nfor this purchase;\n3. Consider and approve the City Manager or her designee, to sign and approve all\ndocuments and purchase modifications or adjustments; and\n4.
