Waive the formal bidding and authorize the City Manager to execute a\nnew five-year agreement with Nationwide Environmental Services for a\ntotal amount not to exceed $2,817,235.28 for citywide street sweeping\nservices pursuant to ESMC § 1-7-9(A) and appropriate $306,000 funding\nto the FY 2024-25 budget to expenditure account 001-400-4201-6206.\n2. Alternatively, the City Council may authorize the City Manager to execute\nan amendment to Agreement No. 5758 with Nationwide Environmental\nServices to extend the term for six months, with the addition of a\nprevailing wage requirement, which would require an additional\nappropriation of $153,000 for FY 2024-25. During the six-month\nextension, staff would issue a request for proposals for street sweeping\nservices and return to City Council with a proposed agreement.\n3.
