Waive the formal bidding and authorize the City Manager to execute a\nnew five-year agreement with Nationwide Environmental Services for a\ntotal amount not to exceed $2,817,235.28 for citywide street sweeping\nservices pursuant to ESMC § 1-7-9(A) and appropriate $306,000 funding\nto the FY 2024-25 budget to expenditure account 001-400-4201-6206.\n2.
