Adopt resolution approving Addendum No. 2 to the El Segundo South\nCampus Specific Plan Environmental Impact Report, under\nEnvironmental Assessment No. EA-905, to find that changing Lot 14's\nland use designation from Commercial/Office Mixed Use to\nOffice/Industrial Mixed Use within Phase II of the El Segundo South\nCampus Specific Plan Area does not require preparation of a subsequent\nor supplemental environmental impact report or negative declaration,\npursuant to California Environmental Quality Act Guidelines §§ 15162\nand 15163.\n2. Waive the first reading and introduce an ordinance amending El Segundo\nSouth Campus Specific Plan to change Lot 14's land use designation\nfrom Commercial/Office Mixed Use to Office/Industrial Mixed Use and\nfinding that the project does not require preparation of a subsequent or\nsupplemental environmental impact report or negative declaration,\npursuant to California Environmental Quality Act Guidelines §§ 15162\nand 15163.\n3.
