Approve the reduction of the City's subsidy for collection of solid waste\nover five years from 29.42% to 20% effective 5/1/2025, 15% effective\n5/1/2026, 10% effective 5/1/2027, 5% effective 5/1/28 and 0% effective\n5/1/29, with no changes to Lifeline Assistance Program accounts. If\napproved, reimpose $3.08 of the originally suspended $5.00 (now $5.30\ndue to CPI increases, less prior year adjustment in item #1).\n3.
