Authorize the City Manager to approve the second amendment to\nAgreement No. 6904 with Temporary Staffing Professionals Inc. for an\nadditional $120,000 to increase the FY 2024-25 not-to-exceed\ncompensation to $420,000 (total compensation cap to $470,000) for on-\ncall temporary staffing for all City departments.\n2. 9. Reduction of City Subsidy for Collection of Solid Waste\nRecommendation -\n1. Reimpose $0.57 of the originally suspended $5.00 (now $5.30 due to\nCPI increases less prior year adjustment), effective 5/1/25, to increase\nthe resident portion of the bill to account for the 5/1/25 CPI increase.\n2. Approve the reduction of the City's subsidy for collection of solid waste\nover five years from 29.42% to 20% effective 5/1/2025, 15% effective\n5/1/2026, 10% effective 5/1/2027, 5% effective 5/1/28 and 0% effective\n5/1/29, with no changes to Lifeline Assistance Program accounts. If\napproved, reimpose $3.08 of the originally suspended $5.00 (now $5.30\ndue to CPI increases, less prior year adjustment in item #1).\n3.
