Authorize the City Manager to execute a standard Public Works\nConstruction Contract with SS+K Construction, Inc. for the renovations of\nthe Teen Center, Plaza, and Skate Park, Project No. PW 25-13, in the\nbase bid amount of $4,373,981, and approve Alternates A and B for a\nnet cost increase of $170,000, for a total construction contract amount of\n$4,543,981, and authorize an additional $900,000 in contingency funds\nfor potential unforeseen conditions.\n2.
