Ongoing Service Agreements and Blanket Purchase Orders for FY 2026- 27 in Excess of $50,000 for Various Departments Recommendation - Pursuant to El Segundo Municipal Code § 1- 7- 9(A), waive competitive bidding and approve the following for FY 2026-2027: 1. Continued purchase of gasoline and diesel fuel for City vehicles and equipment using spot market purchasing for an amount not to exceed $390,000. 2. Amendment to Agreement No. 5861 with Riester Pacific, Inc. for the City's economic development and hospitality and tourism marketing services for an amount not to exceed $350,000. 3. Amendment to Agreement No. 7358 with Fire Safety Advisors for professional plan check services for an amount not to exceed $300,000. 4. Amendment to Agreement No. 6982 with CSG Consultants, Inc. to provide on-call professional planning services to support the Planning Division for an amount not to exceed $250,000 during the two-year term of the agreement. 5.
