Update on Santa Fe Drive Corridor Improvements Projects, and request for\ndirection Environmental Considerations: The project was determined to be\nexempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to\nSection 15301(c) of the CEQA Guidelines, which exempts projects\ncharacterized as minor alterations to existing public facilities, involving\nnegligible or no expansion of the existing use. The types of existing facilities\ninclude public streets where sidewalks, bicycle lanes, pedestrian crossings\nother similar alterations are proposed but do not create additional automobile\nlanes..
