EMERGENCY DECLARATION FOR REPAIR OF THE SEWER PIPELINE IN CASA GRANDE MOBILE ESTATES\nAND LANDSLIDE AT LAKE WOHLFORD ROAD\nRequest the City Council adopt Resolution No. 2023-17, declaring that pursuant to the terms of 22050 of\nthe California Public Contract Code, the City Council affirms that it was appropriate for City of Escondido\n(“City”) staff to forego normal bidding procedures and to award contracts for emergency repairs of a\nsewer main section in Casa Grande Mobile Estates and landslide at Lake Wohlford Road.
