FY 2023 OPERATION STONEGARDEN GRANT AND BUDGET ADJUSTMENT\nRequest the City Council adopt Resolution No. 2024-101 and accept FY 2023 Operation Stonegarden Grant\nFunds in the amount of $10,000 from the California Office of Emergency services through the County of\nSan Diego; authorize the Chief of Police or his designee to execute grant documents on behalf of the city,\nand approve budget adjustments needed to spend grant funds. The Department will use grant funds to\npay overtime expenses for multi-disciplinary crime suppression operations related to human trafficking,\nnarcotics trafficking, weapons trafficking, and criminal gang activity.
