B. Adoption of Ordinance No. 1914 (Second Reading) 21-2315\nSecond Reading / Ordinance No. 1914, an Ordinance of the City Council of the\nCity of Fontana, approving a Zoning District Map Amendment (Zone Change)\nNo. 21-006 changing the zoning designation for APNs: 0239-151-09 and -38\nfrom Multi Family High Residential (R-5) to Light Industrial (M-1) for\napproximately 11.1 acres located north of Casa Grande Avenue and east of\nSierra Avenue, and that the reading of the title constitutes the first reading\nthereof;

C. Adoption of Ordinance No. 1915 (Second Reading) 21-2316\nSecond Reading of Ordinance No. 1915, an Ordinance of the City Council of\nthe City of Fontana, approving Development Agreement No. 22-006 (Shea\nProperties) for a public benefit fee

D. Adoption of Ordinance No. 1916 (Second Reading) 21-2317\nSecond Reading / Ordinance No. 1916, an Ordinance of the City Council of the\nCity of Fontana, approving Zoning District Map Amendment (Zone Change) No.\n21-007, to amend the Zoning District Map changing the Zoning Designation for\nAPNs: 0239-151-19, -25, -26, and -36 from General Commercial (C-2) and Multi\nFamily High Residential (R-5) to Light Industrial (M-1) for approximately 19.0\nacres located south of Duncan Canyon Road and east of Sierra Avenue, and\nthat the reading of the title constitutes the first reading thereof.

E. Adoption of Ordinance No. 1917 (Second Reading) 21-2318\nSecond Reading of Ordinance No. 1917, an Ordinance of the City Council of\nthe City of Fontana, approving Development Agreement No. 22-007 (Acacia\nReal Estate Group, Inc.)

F. Adoption of Ordinance No. 1918 (Second Reading) 21-2319\nSecond Reading of Ordinance No. 1918, an Ordinance of the City Council of\nthe City of Fontana, California, amending sections 1-1, 1-2, 1-7 and 1-14 in\nChapter 1 of the Fontana Municipal Code to make the sections more intuitive\nand to incorporate current best practices;

G. Adoption of Ordinance No. 1921 (Second Reading) 21-2320\nSecond Reading of Ordinance No. 1921, an Ordinance of the City Council of\nthe City of Fontana, California, amending section 20-27 of the Fontana Municipal\nCode to revise the process of modifying the specifications for an employment\nposition such that it requires only City Manager approval .

H. Acceptance of Final Map of Parcel Map No. 20235 21-2289\nAccept final Parcel Map No. 20235 located east of Redwood Avenue and north\nof Washington Drive; accept as public dedicated streets and easements; and\nauthorize the Mayor and City Clerk to certify the abandonment of certain\nportions of street right of way as shown on said map.

I. Acceptance of Final Map for Tract No. 20070 21-2297\nApprove the Final Map for Tract No. 20070 located along Coyote Canyon Road\nnorth of Duncan Canyon Road and accept easements.

J. Award a Construction Contract for the Arrow Boulevard at 21-2300\nTokay Avenue Traffic Signal Project.\n1. Award bid and authorize the City Manager to execute a construction contract\nwith Baker Electric Inc. for the construction of the Arrow Boulevard at Tokay\nAvenue Traffic Signal Project in the amount of $1,237,500.35 and authorize\na 10% contingency in the amount of $123,750 (Bid No. SB-113-DE-23).\n2. Appropriate $200,000.00 from Measure I Fund 246 to the Arrow Boulevard at\nTokay Avenue Traffic Signal Project No. 3354.\n3. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute any and all utility\nagreements, utility easements, and subsequent agreements on behalf of the\nCity of Fontana for the Arrow Boulevard at Tokay Avenue Traffic Signal\nProject.

K. Final Acceptance of the Construction of the Valley 21-2307\nBoulevard/Kaiser Sewer Project - Bid No. SB-19-PW-22\n1. Accept as complete the work performed by GRBCON Inc. for the Valley\nBoulevard/Kaiser Sewer Project and approve the final construction amount of\n$872,225.55\n2. Adopt Resolution No. 2023-055, accepting a new parallel sewer main in\nValley Boulevard.
