Approve a Purchase and Sale Agreement for the purchase of\nbuildings and associated land located at 8463 Nuevo Avenue, more\nspecifically described as APN 0191-163-23.\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute any documents necessary or\nappropriate to effectuate said approvals and/or agreement.

E. Purchase and Sale Agreement - 16767 Spring Street 21-3127\n1. Approve a Purchase and Sale Agreement for the purchase of\nbuildings and associated land located at 16767 Spring Street, more\nspecifically described as APNs 0191-162-21 and 0191-162-22.\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute any documents necessary or\nappropriate to effectuate said approvals and/or agreement.

F. Reinstatement of Resolution No. 2024-048 21-3139\nAdopt the reinstated Resolution No. 2024-048, of the City Council of the\nCity of Fontana, California. Authorize the City Clerk to replace the previous\nresolution with the corrected version, and direct the Finance Department to\nimplement the corrected resolution in the upcoming tax billing cycle.

Adopt Resolution No. 2024-057, A Resolution of the City Council of the\nCity of Fontana, California calling for the placement of a general tax\nmeasure on the ballot for the November 5, 2024 general municipal\nelection for the submission to the qualified voters of an ordinance to enact\na general transactions and use tax (sales tax) at the rate of one percent\n(with tax ordinance included).\n2. Adopt Resolution No. 2024-058, A Resolution of the City Council of the\nCity of Fontana, California, requesting the Board of Supervisors of the\nCounty of San Bernardino to consolidate a general municipal election to\nbe held on November 5, 2024 with the statewide general election to be\nheld on that date pursuant to §10403 of the Elections Code.\n3. Adopt Resolution No. 2024-059, A Resolution of the City Council of the\nCity of Fontana, California, providing for the filing of primary and rebuttal\narguments and setting rules for the filing of written arguments regarding a\nCity measure to be submitted on the November 5, 5054 general municipal\nelection.
