4. Approve the Register of Demands for the period of 9/9/2023 to 9/22/2023. Page 22\nRecommended Action: Staff is requesting the City Council approve the Register of Demands\nfor the period of 9/9/2023 to 9/22/2023 representing total payments made of $1,078,237.18.

Second Reading of Code Amendment No. 23-01 - Entitlement Extensions Page 101\nRecommended Action: Staff is requesting City Council approval of Alternative No. 1 to adopt\nthe attached Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Fountain Valley approving a Notice\nof Exemption in accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and\napprove Code Amendment No. 23-01 to amend the Fountain Valley Municipal Code (FVMC)\nSections 21.54.50 and 21.54.070 regarding entitlement extensions.

Adopt a Resolution (1) Reversing the Planning Commission’s Decision to Uphold\nIssuance of Dish Network’s Administrative Permit, (2) REVOKING THE Administrative\nPermit, and (3) Affirming the Planning Commission’s Decision to Issue a Stop Work\nOrder Page 139\nRecommended Action: Staff recommends the City Council approve Alternative No. 1: Adopt\na Resolution (1) Reversing the Planning Commission’s decision to uphold issuance of Dish\nNetwork’s Administrative Permit, (2) Revoking the Administrative Permit, and (3) Affirming the\nPlanning Commission’s decision to Issue a Stop Work Order
