Authorize City Manager, Public Works Director or designee, to execute a $422,516\npurchase order with Tetra Tech for design services for the Well 10 upgrades, Wells 2\nand 10 Rehabilitation and Pipeline Design Project.\n2. Authorize Public Works Director, or designee, to approve any future change orders for\nprofessional design and construction support services within the approved project\nbudget.

The\nCity Manager’s Office requests consideration of further community public engagement to\nexplore both community priorities and local funding opportunities.\nRecommendation:\nAuthorize staff to continue community engagement to receive resident and business\nopinions regarding current community priorities and local funding opportunities and direct\nCity Manager to bring back a contract with an outside firm to work with the City on these\nefforts.
