UPDATED FULLERTON EMERGENCY OPERATIONS PLAN\nThe Emergency Operations Plan (EOP) provides a comprehensive guide for the City of\nFullerton to respond to potential emergencies or disasters by managing personnel and\nresources to protect life and property.
