3.\nProposed Motion:\n1.\nAuthorize City Manager, or designee, to apply and accept grant awards from Kaboom \nfor new Valencia Park and Union Pacific Park playground equipment.\n2.\nAuthorize City Manager, or designee, to execute Community Partner Agreement with \nKaboom and all documents related to the grant, in a form approved by the City \nAttorney.\n3.\nIf awarded, authorize $137,000 Park Dwelling fund balance (Fund 39) budget transfer \nand appropriations to Valencia Park Project 54055 and Union Pacific Park Project \n54056 in the Capital Projects Fund (Fund 74) to support City grant matches and site \npreparation for playground equipment installation.
