12. $125,000 MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT WITH THE HOPE CENTER OF ORANGE COUNTY FOR MEDICATION ASSISTED TREATMENT SERVICES\nProposed Motion:\n1. Authorize City Manager, or designee, to execute a Memorandum of Agreement\nbetween the HOPE Center of Orange County and the Cities of Fullerton, Brea, Buena\nPark and Placentia for Medication Assisted Treatment Services utilizing National\nOpioid Settlement (NOS) Funds.\n2. Authorize City Manager, or designee, to appropriate receipt and use of $125,000\nNOS funds for Year 1 of the Agreement within the Opioid Litigation Settlement Fund\n(Fund 21).\n3.
