(dba " The Tire House")\nREPRESENTATIVE: John Mardirossian\nPROPERTY OWNERS: Mr. Der L. Mu / Mr. John Mu\nCommission Action: The Planning Commission denied the appeal of John\nMardirossian for the Tire House, by a vote of 4-1-0, upholding the revocation of the\napproval of Site Plan Review #4-15 pursuant to Gardena Municipal Code Section\n18.44.070, found that the project was exempt from the provisions of CEQA\npursuant to Guidelines Section 15321, and directed staff to draft a resolution\nreflecting the Commission's denial.\nCity Council Action: No action is needed.
